8:18. কিন্তু যিহোরাম ইস্রায়েলের অন্যান্য রাজাদের পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করে প্রভুর বিরুদ্ধে বহু পাপাচরণ করেন| যিহোরাম আহাবের পরিবারের লোকদের মতোই জীবনযাপন করতেন কারণ তাঁর স্ত্রী ছিলেন আহাবেরই কন্যা|

8:18. He followed in the footsteps of the kings of Israel, just as Ahab's dynasty had done, for he married Ahab's daughter. He did evil in the sight of the LORD.
